Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the conditions under which you use the Dom platform (dom.com.mk), a service for publishing and searching real estate listings in the Republic of Macedonia. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration
  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character
  • You must not share your account with other people
  • You can register as a user (for browsing) or an agent (for listing properties on behalf of clients)
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Publishing Listings

  • Listings must contain accurate and truthful information about the property
  • Photos must depict the actual property
  • Prices must be realistic and in a valid currency (EUR)
  • Publishing duplicate listings for the same property is prohibited
  • Publishing content that is illegal, offensive, or fraudulent is prohibited
  • Properties must be located within the territory of the Republic of Macedonia
  • Maximum 20 images per listing, each up to 5MB
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these rules

4. Inquiries and Communication

  • Inquiries sent through the contact form are delivered directly to the listing owner/agent
  • Dom is not responsible for the content of communication between users
  • Sending spam, advertisements, or irrelevant messages through the contact form is prohibited

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Dom logo, design, and platform code are protected by copyright
  • Users retain rights to their photos and content
  • By publishing a listing, you grant permission to display the content on the platform

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Dom is a platform for connecting buyers/renters with sellers/landlords
  • We are not a party to transactions between users
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of information in listings
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from transactions made through the platform
  • The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the platform, the following is prohibited:

  • Publishing false or fraudulent listings
  • Collecting personal data of other users
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the system
  • Automated searching or data extraction (scraping)
  • Misusing the contact form to send spam
  • Listing properties outside of Macedonia

8. Free Service

Publishing listings and browsing properties on Dom is completely free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, for which you will be notified in advance.

9. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting info@dom.com.mk
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
  • Upon account deletion, your listings and data will be permanently removed

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Macedonia. The court in Skopje has jurisdiction over all disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
